Grooming Policies

Please provide a minimum 48-hour cancellation or rescheduling notice.
Running late??? We give a 15 minute grace period, please call if you are running late. Anything over 15 min late will be a $25 late charge. Anything over 30 min will be considered a no show.
No shows will be charged 100% of the groom.
Prepayment for future services will be required for no shows or consistently late shows. This payment is nonrefundable.
Pick up time is 30min after we call you. If you are late there will be day care fees associated with the groom, $20 for each 15min.
Aggressive animal?? if we can not complete the groom due to aggressive pet you will be charged 100% of the groom.
